You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period lasts 30 days from the day you receive the goods or the day a third party you designated, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned items. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

- The goods are in their original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

- Goods that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return, such as perishable items or those past their expiry date

- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery

- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held liable for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of their return delivery.

Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned product is received.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
